- Flat Rate: We offer a flat rate of $8 for shipping anywhere in New Zealand.
- Delivery Time: Expect your handcrafted goodies to arrive within 3–5 working days.
International Shipping
- Flat Rate: For our international friends, we ship worldwide at a flat rate of $15.
- Delivery Time: Depending on where you are, delivery can take between 6–10 working days.
Additional Details
- Order Processing: We handcraft each piece with love, so please allow 1–2 days for us to prepare your order before shipping.
- Tracking: Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
- Customs & Duties: For international orders, any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Change of Mind
Because each piece is handcrafted and unique, we unfortunately can’t accept returns for change of mind. But don’t worry—our designs are made to spark joy, so we’re sure you’ll fall in love with them!
Damaged Items
Oops! Did your earrings arrive damaged? That’s on us, and we’ll make it right. Just follow these simple steps:
- Snap a photo of the damaged item.
- Email it to us at [your email address] within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We’ll send you a replacement or offer a refund—your choice!
Lost in the Mail
If your package gets lost on its way to you, we’ll work with NZ Post to track it down. If it’s officially declared lost, we’ll send you a replacement or refund your order.
The Fine Print
- Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method.
- Sale items are final and non-refundable (because great deals are already a win!).
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged.

Returns
Because all our earrings are handcrafted and made-to-order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. But if your earrings arrive damaged or there’s been a mistake on our end, we’ll fix it!
