Rural shipping $9.50
Overnight shipping (urban) $9.50
Overnight shipping $11.50
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment except for weekends. All care is taken to ensure your bottle arrives safely but in cases of breakage/lost post please contact me and I will follow this up immediately.
Please note that I am unable to change delivery addresses or shipping requests once posted and time frames of delivery may change outside of my control.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided after a discussion around the use of the blend, I have the right to send a different blend if I believe this may suit more accurately.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
There are no refunds given if you have changed your mind and I have created a custom blend or posted your order. You may return the bottle to me in its original condition for a credit or refund once it has been received.
I am happy to discuss modifying a blend if you feel it is not helping, there will be no charge for this.
