Shipping Policy
We Offer a maximum flat rate shipping charge of $9. NZ Wide, with the exception of rural areas, which are charged $12.
International shipping is to be arranged prior.
All orders are shipped within 2-3 days using New Zealand couriers.
Please expect small delays around the busy periods such as December.
For large items such as "paintings" or deliveries to a p.o box address the service provider "NZ POST" will be used.
Please double check your shipping address to ensure parcel is not misdirected.
We will hold tracking for each parcel which is available to you after day of shipping.
Refund Policy

We do not give refunds if you choose your mind about an item.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You have 30 days to return an item from the day you received it.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unopened/ unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping for the returning item is at customers expense.
