Shipping Policy
Shipping within New Zealand is $15. Outside of New Zealand will be calculated according to destination.
Refund Policy
A full refund will be granted within 30 days of the sale. The refund will be issued once the item has been shipped back and received by the seller in the same condition as it was sent in. Shipping the item back to sender will be at the buyers cost.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation before the item is shipped will be fully refunded. Cancellation after the item has shipped will receive a refund only once it has been returned in the same condition as it was sent in. Shipping will be the buyers cost. Exchanges may be granted within 30 days of sale and only once item has been sent back to buyer in the same condition it was sent in.
