Shipping Policy
In-stock items will be ready to ship within 2 days of placing your order - Once you receive tracking information please allow 1-3 working days for delivery - Rural and South Island addresses may take a little longer. For Made-to-order items please allow 2-5 days for the item to be created before it will be shipped.
Refund Policy
If your item has arrived damaged please contact me asap so I can arrange compensation from the shipping company and arrange a refund orcreate a replacement item for you (please note I may not be able to recreate your exact order if I no longer have the same papers in stock).
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting me through email, website enquiry or via social media Direct Message.
Due to the fragile nature of this product I do not allow Returns or Exchanges once the item has been shipped unless it has been damaged in transit (please contact me ASAP if this is the case)
