Unless otherwise stated (pre-order/custom pieces), all items listed are ready to ship and will normally be posted to you within 1-3 business days. All items within a single order will be shipped together. If this order includes custom and/or pre-order items, they will be shipped together upon completion. Custom pieces turnaround time for completion and shipping will be discussed upon enquiry. All items have different postage prices depending on size/weight, all information and prices are visible on each item listing. All artwork will be bubble wrapped and will have cardboard pieces as part of the packaging for extra protection during shipping. Stickers will be sent via envelope unless part of another order. All items are sent via NZPost or NZ Courier. A tracking number will be provided via email once dispatched. Doodlebum is not responsible for tracking an item once it has been dispatched. If you have any issues with your delivery, you must contact NZPost or NZCourier to personally discuss any concerns. International shipping is not currently offered.
