The matrixx hood is a must have this winter. The viral online hood
design, features an over sized hood with a cowl big enough to cover your
face when you need that extra warmth. It’s side clips allows the hood
to be worn over or under any type of jacket or top! Choose to have your hood made with Merino for extra warmth or a premium polyester which has been made from recycled plastics making it environmentally friendly and extremely easy to care for. I myself wear the premium polyester and it does not disappoint when it comes to warmth!

Size measurements:
These will vary slightly from piece to piece given the nature of the handmade item.
S/M -Bust from shoulder point to shoulder point 40cm wide, underarm clips from shoulder to bottom are 33cm long.
L/XL -Bust from shoulder to point to shoulder is 46cm wide, underarm clips from shoulder to bottom are 36cm long.

Generally all items are made to order and delivery times range from
5-7 business days depending on order back log. Updates on your order
will be sent via email.

Shipping Policy
NZ nationwide shipping is overnight courier using NZ post. All items are tracked without signature. As a general term NZ post disclose that most items are delivered within 3-5 business days depending on location.
Refund Policy
We do not give refunds for change of mind, so do choose carefully. If you have any questions regarding colour or size do send us a message as we are here to help you make an informed decision to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
All items are meticulously handmade and quality control occurs before shipping to ensure that there are no loose ends, missed stitches etc. Exchanges for another size or colour are possible as long as the items are returned in the original brand new condition they were sent. Shipping for exchanges are at your own cost and the items will be inspected upon arrival, you will be emailed to confirm whether or not the exchange has been accepted pending the condition of the item on return. To avoid any delay in enjoying your handmade item, please do contact us with any questions as we can help you make an informed decision prior to purchasing.
