‘Whale Wonder’ is a framed decoupage tile. I have used mulberry paper as a base on the tile and then used a single layer of a napkin design and applied by sealing with multiples layers of a sealer.
The tile is 20×20 cm , and the frame is 27x27cm exterior.

Refund Policy
Unfortunately I do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind once you have received the artwork. I am happy to send you other pictures of the artwork previous to purchase to ensure you are happy with it. Refund will be given on any item damaged/broken during delivery process - with proof received of said damage.
