Shipping Policy

We use NZ Post overnight Courier. We will send a tracking number once we have booked the courier. Once the package has been picked up by our courier it is then your responsibility to locate package with the tracking number allocated.

Refund Policy

Please message us with any damaged goods. We do not replace or take any refunds on personalised items once we have sent the design and made item we can NOT change it. Please double check designs before finalising. If item has been damaged during postage please take photos and we will do our best to replace it.
