Shipping Policy
Every jewellery piece is handmade and depending on complexity I endeavour to dispatch orders 1-3 days of placement. However during busy times it may take 7 - 10 days. Orders placed within New Zealand will be sent via NZ Post Couriers and in most cases be delivered within two days. However for rural areas allow 3-5 days.
Refund Policy
I know that it can be difficult buying jewellery without trying it on! Returns (with a full refund) are accepted for 14 days after purchase, if the item is unworn and in the original packaging. If you are unhappy with the quality of your product or it has come in a defective state I am happy to replace it or give you a refund.
