All items are meticulously handmade and quality control occurs before shipping to ensure that there are no loose ends, missed stitches etc. Exchanges for another size or colour are possible as long as the items are returned in the original brand new condition they were sent. Shipping for exchanges are at your own cost and the items will be inspected upon arrival, you will be emailed to confirm whether or not the exchange has been accepted pending the condition of the item on return.
