Shipping Policy
I use NZ post economy parcel services. This comes with a tracking number and takes usually 3-5 working days for delivery. This service comes with insurance upto $250 so if a parcel is damaged during shipping or goes missing we can make a claim - see NZ post for policy details.
Refund Policy
If you change your mind within 24 hours I can offer a full refund except on sale items - if fabric is not available a full refund is available for any products affected.
After 24 hours a partial refund is offered - the amount varies depending on costs of materials.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you cancel/change your mind within 24hours of your order I can offer a full refund. If after 24 I can offer partial refund - prices will vary depending on costs of materials.
Exchange is not as easy, I cannot offer an exchange once you have received your item/s. I am more than happy to cancel/change orders within 24 hours and refund as per refund policy.
I cannot offer returns once you have received your order sorry - it can take a few days to source materials and make the items so contact me ASAP if you have any questions or change your mind! (Store inquiry or order notes)
